You deserve to (re)discover your joy.
Not just because it feels good.
(Although it does, and that would be reason enough to do it.)
Not just because it will bring more joy to others.
(Although it will, and it’s a beautiful gift to the people around you.)
But because joy
brings you in closer connection with what’s important for your
well-being.
Joy is not a frivolous fantasy,
it is vital and valuable.
And it’s within your reach - let me show you how.
Hi, I’m Eva Simona and I’m here to support you in your joy journey.
Whether joy is a destination you’ve often dreamt of but never got around to visiting longer, or a previously favorite place that you haven’t been able to get to lately, I’m your guide and companion on this winding road.
Powered by psychology and art therapy, boosted by lived experience and curiosity, I’ll show you the best views and help you not only find your own personal joy direction, but stay the course when the journey gets tricky (and it always does, that’s life!).
I believe that a world with more joy is both possible and necessary,
and we can all be its ambassadors.
What is The Joy Embassy about?
Joy
Joy as a feeling and a practice of connecting to what is really important to us.
Joy is a motivational system designed to keep us returning to what matters, and we can use that system intentionally.
Psychological flexibility
Psychological flexibility as the goal and the ability to be present, open up and do what matters.
We can never get rid of or avoid all the difficult experiences, but we can learn to ride the waves of all of life’s offerings.
Creativity
Creativity as a power and a tool
for getting to know and support yourself better.
I use creative tools to help you get out of the cycles of over-analysing and see things from a fresh perspective, finding new solutions.
“You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.”
&
”Joy is not made to be a crumb.”
